Through an expanding programmed Public Reliance Corporation with his branch company GOOD MARK Engineering (GME) an oil and gas company offering various services such procurement, fabrication and installation, hooks up and commissioning of major plants and equipment on offshore platforms, drilling rigs and onshore facilities, including refineries, power plants, and ports.

GME project management skills are complimented with computer software, which may include a full network analysis, time and cost scheduling, resource management, project histograms and detailed progress reporting.

Various Project Management software packages are utilized, to suit the on-going management of the project. Routine updating and detailed control requirements are typical of a major hydrocarbon plant development or plant annual maintenance turnaround.

GME works with the client and the owner to optimize the work schedule to match resource limitations, cost limitations and time constraints. The work progress is closely monitored; critical delays are identified and at various stages the project may need to be rescheduled to meet changing situations while maintaining the target completion of the project.

Detailed reporting on both progress and completion are relayed and reviewed with the client and owner on a routine basis.
